Hasham Ullah – Managing Partner & Founder
Hasham Ullah is the Managing Partner and Founder of White Lion International Ltd, with over 20 years of experience in real assets advisory, distressed debt, non-performing loans (NPLs), asset management, and technology-driven innovation.
Before establishing White Lion International in 2009, Hasham was a Principal at Apollo Global Management in London, Madrid, Lisbon, and Frankfurt, where he managed large-scale portfolios of NPLs, distressed real estate, and structured finance assets across Europe. He also held senior positions at Hatfield Philips (formerly Cerberus-controlled) and Lone Star Funds / Hudson Advisors, specialising in CMBS, loan workouts, and complex restructurings. He began his career at Deloitte in M&A and tax consulting.
Since founding White Lion International, Hasham has advised on transactions exceeding £3.5bn across Europe, the US, the Middle East, and Asia. Headquartered in London with an international footprint across Frankfurt, Hamburg, Dubai, and Hong Kong, the firm combines regional expertise with a global perspective. His work spans real assets advisory, distressed debt resolution, capital raising, and strategic advisory for technology ventures, with a particular focus on AI, blockchain, and digital transformation.
Hasham is also the author of a book on AI and passive income, positioning him as a thought leader bridging finance and emerging technologies. Operating internationally, he combines institutional expertise with forward-looking vision to help clients unlock growth and opportunity in complex markets worldwide.
